Nacho Cheese” Pine Nut Sauce:

2 Cups of Pine Nuts

1 Tablespoon of Turmeric

Sea Salt to taste

½ Lemon (optional)

(optional) ¼ Cup Water Diced Tomatoes, sliced Olives, small Pineapple chunks for garnish

Add water first, then the pine nuts, turmeric, sea salt, a few drops of lemon (optional) then blend for 2 to 3 minutes for a chunkier consistency and longer for a smoother finer blend.

1. Rest- Restful sleep at night is essential for good health.  An estimated fifty to seventy million Americans live on the brink of mental and physical collapse    due to lack of sleep. If you are not getting 9 hours of good sleep you are increasing the rate at which your body ages, increasing your likelihood of catching a cold, potentially increasing your weight, increasing your risk of type 2 diabetes, reducing your sex drive, decreasing your brain function and increasing the production of harmful stress hormones. Thus, good sleep is one of the best “health principles” available to you.

 

2. Water, Food and Supplements-Water is the single most important nutrient for our bodies and is considered the “miracle cure” for many health conditions.
